How to make it

  • Cut off ends of cukes
  • leave on skin, cut each in half vertically
  • Scape out seeds
  • Cut each half into thick slices ( they will look like half circles )
  • Place in bowl with some red or white chopped onion
  • Add some mayonaisee to moisten but not make soggy, such as a heaped 1/4 cup
  • Stir to combine and then add some fesh cream- about another 1/4 cup or less
  • Season with salt, pepper, dried or feesh chopped dill
  • Chill well
  • Crunchy and delcious as a side or salad with any meal
  • Note:if you want it more creamy just add a bit more mayonnaise and or cream in equal amounts
