How to make it

  • Cream butter and beat honey slowly together.
  • Beat eggs in one at a time.
  • In separate bowl mix flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda and baking
  • powder sift three times.
  • Mix buttermilk and vanilla in a separate bowl.
  • Add dry ingredients to butter and honey mixture alternating with
  • buttermilk mixture mix together.
  • Pour into 2 greased and floured 9inch pans.
  • Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
