How to make it

  • Remove skins from chicken
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, seasoning salt
  • Brown chicken over medium-high heat in a saute pan, about 4 minutes on each side
  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Place browned chicken in a baking dish
  • Whisk together honey, agave, mustard, lemon juice, and curry powder
  • Pour sauce over chicken pieces (it is okay if it is a bit runny)
  • Sprinkle fresh garlic over sauced chicken
  • Cover chicken in pan with foil or lid
  • Bake for about 40 minutes covered, basting once or twice with sauce
  • Uncover and bake about 5 minutes
  • Serve with rice and a salad and enjoy!
