- toasted slices of toast (cut off the edges) depending on the size of the serving plate. shopping list
- 2 cups of milk shopping list
- 4 table spoons of corn starch shopping list
- sugar syrup ( 1 cup sugar, 2 cups water) shopping list
- pistachios for decoration shopping list
How to make it
- to prepare the sugar syrup, add 1cup of sugar in a sauce pan, stir until the sugar becomes slightly brown (like the caramel) then add about 2 cups of water gradually and keep on stirring until it becomes smooth.
- pour some of the sugar syrup on you serving plate then add your toasted toasts (just like the lasagna) then add more syrup.
- in another sauce pan add the milk and the corn starch until it becomes consistent, then pour it on the toasts.
- wait until its w little bit warm, add the pistachios and into the fridge.
