From Prevention magazine, healthy, yummy recipe that uses spinach in the meat mixture!!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 pkg, 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 Tbs barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat buns
  • lettuce, tomato

Directions
  1. Combine all turkey burger ingrdients and form into 4 patties
  2. grill medium high or meat registers 160F
  3. Serve on warmed or toasted buns with lettuce and toimatoes
