Marinated Italian Sausage N Roasted Garlic Hero

A knock your socks off sandwich.
Ingredients
- red wine shopping list
- 2 large links hot italian sausage shopping list
- fennel seeds shopping list
- large or 2 small sweet onions shopping list
- 1 sliced green bell better shopping list
- sliced chilis shopping list
- roasted garlic butter shopping list
- 2 hero sandwich rolls or cuban.Italian/French bread shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Slice sausage down middle so it lies flat
- marrinate in a container overnight with white wine
- remove when ready to cook and push in some fennel seeds
- Broil or grill to your desired doneness
- In saucepan add 2 tbls olive oil
- onions and peppers
- stir while sauteing
- Have roasted garlic butter at room temperature
- A few minutes before everything is ready put split bread or rolls in the oven to warm
- Remove, add garlic butter to rolls
- Add sausage and pile other ingedirents on top
- Cut sandwiches in half and serve with a cool drink
