How to make it

  • After cleaning and washing the intestine (the same way you would with any other intestine-based food), chop the intestine put it on a non stick pot and cook until golden brown ..use your wood spoon with that.., While cooking, cover in a light glaze of honey mixed with ginger and cumen. when done, and mix with tomatoes and whatever spices you like, the spicier the better. Put this mix inside a bit of bread, and eat, preferably with a side of walnut dipping sauce (which should also be spicy).
