TANGY BEETY ORANGE SALAD

A colourful and tangy salad to enjoy this summer
Ingredients
- Vinaigrette: shopping list
- 1/4 cup orange juice shopping list
- 1 tbsp orange zest shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 tsp honey shopping list
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Salad: shopping list
- 2 cups cooked, sliced & cooled beets shopping list
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta shopping list
- 1 tbsp dillweed, chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped walnut pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all of the VINAIGRETTE ingredients and refrigerate.
- Meanwhile combine all of the SALAD ingredients with the exception of the walnuts.
- Toss dressing & salad just before serving.
- Top with walnuts.
