How to make it

  • Heat chicken stock and add rice. Boil for 15 minutes.
  • While rice is boiling, seed and mince both peppers.
  • Fry sausage patties and break apart as they cook.
  • Add peppers, pepper flakes, and chili powder to the mix and stir.
  • Drain rice and add to sausage mix.
  • Saute rice mixture for a minute or so, then serve hot.
