How to make it

  • Combine mayonnaise, pineapple, nuts, milk and onion then mix lightly. For each sandwich spread whole wheat bread slice with prepared sauce. Cover with alfalfa sprouts. Top with American cheese, tomato, chicken and second slice of American cheese. Cut in triangles and serve with remaining sauce.

    This looks so unusual yet delish, I have to try it! It is hilarious that it is called "Health Nut Sandwich", but has mayo and american cheese in it. Put sprouts on anything, and it makes it seem healthy, right?
