Health Nut Sandwiches

- 1/3 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 8-1/4 ounce can crushed pineapple drained shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 2 tablespoons milk shopping list
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion shopping list
- 6 whole wheat bread slices shopping list
- alfalfa sprouts shopping list
- American cheese shopping list
- 6 tomato slices shopping list
- cooked chicken slices shopping list
How to make it
- Combine mayonnaise, pineapple, nuts, milk and onion then mix lightly. For each sandwich spread whole wheat bread slice with prepared sauce. Cover with alfalfa sprouts. Top with American cheese, tomato, chicken and second slice of American cheese. Cut in triangles and serve with remaining sauce.
