How to make it

  • 1)Place a large cast-iron skillet over high heat until hot. Coat skillet with cooking spray, and add onion and bell pepper; saute 5 minutes or until tender and lightly brown. Add cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper; saute 1 minute. Add sirloin and saute 2 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in lime juice.
  • 2)Heat tortillas according to package directions. Divide meat mixture evenly among tortillas; top evenly with lettuce, cheese, and salsa. Fold tortillas in half. Serve.
