  • WRAP GARLIC IN TIN FOIL WITH A DROP OF WATER IN IT - OR IN A GARLIC ROASTER -( A VERY GOOD INVESTMENT ) ROAST GARLIC FOR ABOUT 30 TO 40 MINS AT 400 DEGREES -IT SHOULD BE VERY SOFT TO THE TOUCH .
  • CUT GARLIC IN HALF FROM THE CENTER
  • - SPRINKLE WITH BASIL, BLACK PEPPER,BALSAMIC AND OIL - ( A LITTLE HEAVYER ON THE OIL )
  • SPREAD ON ITALIAN OR FRENCH TOASTED BREAD
