Crock-pot Pot Roast

- 3-4 pounds boneless chuck roast shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 white onion (skinned and cut into 8ths) shopping list
- 3-4 celery stalks (cut into 1 inch lengths) shopping list
- 1 green pepper (cleaned and cut into large chunks) shopping list
- 2 lbs of baby-cut carrots shopping list
- 5-6 (enough to fill up the crock pot) russet potatoes (skinned and cut into 8ths)
- 2 envelopes of dry Lipton® Recipe Secrets® onion soup mix shopping list
- 2 tablespoons A-1 sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/4th teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
How to make it
- Turn the crock-pot on to high.
- Rinse the meat, and put the meat into a large crock pot. Salt and pepper both sides.
- Cook the meat on high for 45 minutes.
- Turn the meat over and add the veggies to the crock-pot.
- Pour the onion soup mix, A-1 sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder over the veggies and stir.
- Cook overnight; stirring occasionally, if you get a chance.
