Bread Pudding

My Mothers recipe. I did try it and my family loves it. Goes perfectly with custard or cream
Ingredients
- Ingredients: shopping list
- 10 Slices of white bread shopping list
- 3 desert spoons of butter - melted in milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup of sugar - sprinkle over bread shopping list
- 4 eggs - mix with butter & milk mixture shopping list
- 4 cups of milk - Pour over bread shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1 cup of butter shopping list
- 2 cups of sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 10ml vanilla essence shopping list
How to make it
- Ingredients:
- Bake in the oven for 40min at 180ยบ C
- Topping:
- Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and mixed well
- Methode:
- Put the topping mixture over the bread mixture.
- Put back in the oven and bake for another 20 min.
- Serve warm or cold.
