Miniature Pecan Pies Recipe
These little pies are a perfect way satisfy your sweet tooth. Serve them at a party and see how happy your guests will be!

Ingredients
  • Shell:
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • Filling:
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • chopped pecans

Directions
  1. Shell:
  2. Cream margarine and cream cheese.
  3. Work in flour (if dough is too soft , chill)
  4. Roll into 24 balls and press into bottom and sides of small, greased muffin tins (1 3/4" across)
  5. Filling:
  6. Combine brown sugar, salt, melted butter, vanilla and egg.
  7. Spoon into unbaked shells.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  9. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
  10. Cool on rack.
  11. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream!
