Miniature Pecan Pies

- Shell: shopping list
- 1/2 cup margarine shopping list
- 3 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 3/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 Tbsp melted butter shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Shell:
- Cream margarine and cream cheese.
- Work in flour (if dough is too soft , chill)
- Roll into 24 balls and press into bottom and sides of small, greased muffin tins (1 3/4" across)
- Filling:
- Combine brown sugar, salt, melted butter, vanilla and egg.
- Spoon into unbaked shells.
- Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
- Cool on rack.
- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream!
