Deviled Potatoes

This is an awesome recipe. It's easy but very tasty. Great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes. They are especially good prepared on the grilll. Enjoy.
Ingredients
- 4 cups mashed potatoes shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion or onion flakes shopping list
- paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Heat mashed potatoes. Heat sour cream with mustard, salt, sugar and onion then stir into hot potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika and heat for 20 minutes or divide into 4 portions then place each on lightly greased square of foil and sprinkle with paprika. Seal packets and heat over coals for 20 minutes.
