This is an awesome recipe. It's easy but very tasty. Great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes. They are especially good prepared on the grilll. Enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion or onion flakes
  • Paprika

Directions
  1. Heat mashed potatoes. Heat sour cream with mustard, salt, sugar and onion then stir into hot potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika and heat for 20 minutes or divide into 4 portions then place each on lightly greased square of foil and sprinkle with paprika. Seal packets and heat over coals for 20 minutes.
