Bloody Mary Cheesecake

- 1/2 cup butter crackers, crushed shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds Philly cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 tea. lemon juice shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 4 ounces tomato paste shopping list
- 6 baby dill pickles, grated fine shopping list
- 1 packet, dry Bloody Mary Mix(spicemerchants.biz) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325^.
- Spray 6" spring-pan with cooking spray.
- Swirl cracker crumbs to evenly coat sides and bottom of pan.
- Set in fridge.
- Blend cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth.
- Add eggs, tomato paste.
- Fold in grated pickles and spices, mix completely.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake at 325^ for 45-55 minutes.
- Let cool and serve at room temp.
