  • 10 TO 12 HOURS BEFORE YOUR READY TO GRILL THE STEAKS,-TAKE STEAKS AND POKE HOLES IN IT WITH A KNIFE, PUT SOME GARLIC IN THE HOLES ,SEASON BOTH SIDES WITH SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE, RUB INTO STEAK, THEN GET A ZIP LOCK BAG BIG ENOUGH TO HOLD THE STEAKS , PUT IN BAG ,ADD ALL THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS, CLOSE BAG AND SHAKE WELL TO COAT BOTH SIDES OF STEAK , PUT IN REFRIG AND SHAKE EVERY FEW HOURS TILL GRILLING TIME
