Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 3/4 cup milk ( or as needed to make waffle batter consistency)
  • 1/2 cup extra vrgin coconut oil ( normally liquified at warm room temperature )
  • 1 Tbs sugar ( I used Splenda )
  • 4 tsp baking powder ( i use aluminum free )
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanill ( I added this )

Directions
  1. Heat your waffle iron.
  2. Beat eggs fluffy.
  3. Beat in remaining ingrdients
  4. Pour 2/3 cup batter into hot iron
  5. Close lid and 5 minutes or steaming stops
  6. Carefully remove and serve immediately
  7. Note: I altered: beat wet ingredients ( including coconut oil )
  8. Mix dry ingrdients
  9. Combine both together to make a waffle batter
  10. Spray iron with cooking oil and add about 3/4 cup batter
  11. Makes 4 large waffles in my waffle maker
