Best Ever Coconut Oil Waffles Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat your waffle iron.
  • Beat eggs fluffy.
  • Beat in remaining ingrdients
  • Pour 2/3 cup batter into hot iron
  • Close lid and 5 minutes or steaming stops
  • Carefully remove and serve immediately
  • Note: I altered: beat wet ingredients ( including coconut oil )
  • Mix dry ingrdients
  • Combine both together to make a waffle batter
  • Spray iron with cooking oil and add about 3/4 cup batter
  • Makes 4 large waffles in my waffle maker

    Any idea how to adjust this if I only have regular flour? My dad has Alzheimer's, & I have been reading a book that adamantly testifies that coconut oil, at the rate of 3 tablespoons per day, can reverse memory loss! Praying for progress!
