Not pulled pork because I used left-over pork chops. Pork chops don't pull so well but they can be thinly sliced and chipped :)

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce, Hot'n Spicy - KC Masterpiece
  • 1/4 cup Heinz Ketchup Tomato
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp Mustard, Stone Ground
  • -------------------
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup Onions, raw - thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Poblano Pepper - diced fine
  • 2 Pork Chops, cooked and fat removed
  • 4 Bread, Rolls, hamburger or hotdog, plain

Directions
  1. Heat a small pot medium heat, melt butter then saute the onions and peppers for 5 - 10 minutes until well softened.
  2. Thinly slice the pork chops then pull apart the slices to make small bites.
  3. Mix the sauce by combining barbecue sauce, ketchup, water and muster and stirring well.
  4. Add the pork to the onions and peppers and toss well.
  5. Add the sauce and mix the vegetables and pork well.
  6. Reduce heat to 2 low and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve on hamburger rolls and let me recommend a nice cold beer.
  8. My husband has a habit of putting Velveeta on his - to each his own - but I know this makes him happy. The calorie counts do not include either the beer or the Velveeta.
