From otterpond 14 years agoIngredients
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, Hot'n Spicy - KC Masterpiece shopping list
- 1/4 cup Heinz ketchup tomato shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1 tbsp mustard, Stone Ground shopping list
- ------------------- shopping list
- 2 tbsp butter shopping list

- 1/4 cup poblano pepper - diced fine shopping list
- 2 pork chops, cooked and fat removed shopping list
- 4 bread, rolls, hamburger or hotdog, plain shopping list
How to make it
- Heat a small pot medium heat, melt butter then saute the onions and peppers for 5 - 10 minutes until well softened.
- Thinly slice the pork chops then pull apart the slices to make small bites.
- Mix the sauce by combining barbecue sauce, ketchup, water and muster and stirring well.
- Add the pork to the onions and peppers and toss well.
- Add the sauce and mix the vegetables and pork well.
- Reduce heat to 2 low and let simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve on hamburger rolls and let me recommend a nice cold beer.
- My husband has a habit of putting Velveeta on his - to each his own - but I know this makes him happy. The calorie counts do not include either the beer or the Velveeta.
