Savory Skewers- With Cherry Tomatoe Cheese And Salami Recipe

Ingredients
  • 16 slices of salami- or a combination of supporsata and hot coppacola or a mix of all
  • 1 tbsp of chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp of chopped dill
  • 6oz of ribiola or goat cheese
  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 16 mozzarella balls
  • I tsp of oregano
  • 1tbsp of olive oil

Directions
  1. Roll each slice of meat into a cone - seal with a tooth pick at bottom of cone—stir the salt pepper,dill chives,into the ribiola or creamed goat cheese.
  2. Fill the meat rolls with the cheese with a pastry bag or spoon–prepare 8 skewers alternating first with the mozzarella balls-then one of cherry tomatoes two rows of coned meat –another cherry tomaotes and another mozzarella ball -- just before serving drzzile with oregano- oil and salt and pepper- scallop extra meat around the screwers
  3. you dont have to use the screwers -just place on a platter and altinate the colors next to each other
