This is great for dipping seafood. It was an experiment in my kitchen that went pretty well.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Juice of 1/2 of a lemon..no seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
  3. Serve with crab or shrimp. OR my recipe for Crab Fritters!!
