Banana Mini Chip Bars Recipe

Ingredients

2c.Flour

2tsp. Baking Powder

1/2tsp. salt

3/4c. Butter2/3c granulater sugar

2/3c. brown sugar

1tsp vanilla

1c. mashed ripe banana's(about 4 medium bananas)

2c. semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels

Powdered sugar.

Directions

Combine flour,baking powder and salt in medium bowl.

Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy.

Beat in flour mixtue 1/3 at a time till well mixed.

add in banana's and chocolate morsels. fold in gently.

spread into a greesed 15x19 inch jelly roll pan bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. cool completely sprinkle with powdered suger if desired and serve u can also serve it warm with vanilla icecream and caramel syrup or hot fudge.. enjoy!
