Great chicken

Chicken is so versatile, but can be boring. So, as I was bored one day, I came up with this idea. Go figure Cheese Nips were on sale.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, rinsed and and dried. shopping list
- 8 ounces sour cream shopping list
- 1/3-1/2 box of cheese Nips crackers, crushed shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/4 cup diced scallions shopping list
- 1/2 cup melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Blend sour cream and chives.
- Dip chicken into sour cream mixture.
- Roll into crushed cheese crackers.
- Place chicken into glass baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes, uncovered
