Ingredients
  • 2 zucchini peeled
  • three plum tomatoes chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped

Directions
  1. grate the zucchini into strips to make the noodles.
  2. put the chopped basil, tomato, garlic and a glug of olive oil in a food processor. salt and pepper the sauce to taste.
  3. plate and serve
