Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 packages Ramen Noodles
  • Plain yogurt
  • Curry powder

Directions
  1. Boil Ramen noodles according to package directions (~3 min).
  2. Beat eggs and contents of flavor packets in a bowl.
  3. Drain noodles and fry them in a frying pan until partially cooked (~2 min).
  4. Add egg mixture to noodles.
  5. Cook until eggs are done, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve with yogurt on the top and sprinkle a little curry powder on top to spice it up a little.

I am only aware of one variety of Ramen noodles... the kind that you usually boil for 3 minutes in water and add a seasoning packet to serve as soup.
