Spinach Squares

Very flavorful spinach. Perfect for buffet, party, or a family dinner. Recipe can be doubled and cut into any size square.
Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1-8 ounce carton sour cream (1 cup) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon grated onion, may use chopped green onions shopping list
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 tablespoon flour shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt, (or less) shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- May add a dash of cayenne shopping list
- Before serving, can top with a slice of tomato, or a teaspoon homemade salsa shopping list
How to make it
- Cook spinach as directed on package, drain well
- Beat eggs, add to spinach
- Blend in other ingredients
- Place in a buttered 9x9 inch baking dish
- Bake uncovered at 359 degrees for 25-30 minutes
- Cut into squares to serve
