Tartar Sauce For Poboys

This is the way I make tartar sauce for all my po'boys.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1 large dill pickle, cut into pieces shopping list
- 1/4 small onion shopping list
- 1 large egg, hard boiled, quartered shopping list
- 1 Tbsp capers, drained shopping list
- 1 tsp chives, snipped shopping list
- 1 tsp ground red pepper flakes. shopping list
How to make it
- Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until chopped. Chill. Serve tartar sauce on Po'boys or with your favorite fish..

Sonuds wonderful. Saved of course and have the eggs on because I have to make this tonight. Love the different flavors.
By the way crawfish is not for me but they are good recipes you posted.
