Ingredients
  • 1 cans tuna (in vegetable oil not spring water)
  • 1 cans golden mushroom soup
  • 1 chopped onions
  • 1 chopped green bell peppers
  • 1/2 tbs butter
  • Red pepper to suit your taste
  • Pinch of garlic
  • If serving for party you can make 3 cans of each and serve up to 20 or more!

Directions
  1. Saute onions and bell pepper till onions are transparent, about 15 to 20 minutes on low heat. Then add tuna, continue heating for about 5 minutes, flake your tuna fish with a fork, you don't want chunky tuna. Now add your golden mushroom soup and red pepper and garlic. Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
  2. You can prepare ahead 1 or 2 days before you serve.

Oh yum on this! I like snack food~


Yummmmm... Or over toast with a green salad on the side for a lite easy supper. Thin with a little milk or cream.
