How to make it

  • Saute onions and bell pepper till onions are transparent, about 15 to 20 minutes on low heat. Then add tuna, continue heating for about 5 minutes, flake your tuna fish with a fork, you don't want chunky tuna. Now add your golden mushroom soup and red pepper and garlic. Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
  • You can prepare ahead 1 or 2 days before you serve.

    Yummmmm... Or over toast with a green salad on the side for a lite easy supper. Thin with a little milk or cream.
