Dark Chocolate Lemon Cheesecake Recipe
A very dense rich and dark chocolate flavor with a hint of lemon.

Ingredients
  • Chocolate crust from crust page.
  • 1 1/2 pounds Philly cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted & cooled
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 ounce lemon extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350^.
  2. Prepare crust in spring-pan.
  3. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time.
  5. Fold in melted chocolate and butter.
  6. Add lemon extract and cream, mixing thoroughly.
  7. Pour into prepared pan.
  8. Bake at 350^ for 55-65 minutes.
  9. Let cool and refridgerate before serving.
