How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • Mix all of the ingredients together in shallow baking pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from oven and let cool.
  • Eat at room temperature.

    Update on the Roasted Chickpeas, after i let them cool i had a few more and found they lost their crunch. Could have been my method as i used dry chickpeas, but the recipe does not say dry or canned.They ended up being a bit soggy. Sorry.

    Made these this morning using dried chickpeas that i soaked overnight.I doubled the recipe and because i'm a heat wimp i used 1/2 tsp. chili powder instead 1 tsp.When i make them next time, and i will, i will cut back a bit more on the chili powder.They are very good and have a nice crunch to them., and are a delicious snack.Thank you for the recipe. March 12/16
