this is a bean dip recipe i just made just now, i needed a snack... eat it with any veggies.
Ingredients
- 1 can of white kidney beans, (cannellini ) shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic shopping list
- 1 tsp olive oil shopping list
- juice from half a lemon, or lime... shopping list
- pepper to taste. shopping list
- any veggies you want to eat with the dip. shopping list
How to make it
- drain half of the bean liquid,
- dump into blender
- add garlic pepper, and lemon or lime juice
- pulse until a nice consistency, not chunky but not runny either..
- taste, and add more pepper or whatever..
- dump into dish eat with your favorite veggies..
- im eating it with a green pepper.mmmmmm
