How to make it

  • Cream butter then add sugar, salt and vanilla and mix thoroughly then add flour.
  • Shape into 36 small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets and press deep hole in each.
  • Bake at 350 for 15 minutes then fill while warm and cool completely then pour frosting over top.
  • To make filling cream together cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla then stir in nuts and vanilla.
  • To make frosting melt chocolate, water and butter over low heat then remove from heat.
  • Stir in sugar then beat until smooth.
