CHEEZY RAINBOW PASTA

- 12 slices bacon shopping list
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 1 yellow or orange pepper; cut into thin strips shopping list
- 1 tub (250g)Herb & garlic cream cheese spread shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 2 green onions chopped shopping list
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese; divided shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 6 cups hot cooked tri coloured fusilli pasta (1 box) shopping list
How to make it
- Cook bacon in a fry pan for 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp, then crumble .
- Drain off fat from pan.
- Stir in tomatoes and pepper.
- Add cream cheese, milk and 1/2 cup Parmesan; mix well.
- Cook until hot and bubbly, stirring frequently.
- Stir in hot cooked pasta.
- Top with onions and remaining Parmesan
