Ingredients
  • 12 large peeled raw prawns(shrimps)
  • 24-30 little neck clams
  • 24 mussels debearded and cleaned
  • 3 large cloves of garlic thinly slice
  • 2 hot red chillis thily sliced
  • 24 cherry-tomaotoes each sliced in half
  • alternatively good quality plum tomoatoes
  • 5-6 sprigs of fresh basil
  • 4 table spoons virgin olive oil
  • 1 bag fresh linquini or spaghetti
  • seasalt to taste.....be careful

Directions
  1. in a large frying pan,heat oil on medium heat
  2. add chillis and cook for 2-3 minutes
  3. add garlic and cook for another minute or 2
  4. add sliced tomatoes or canned peeled tomatoes
  5. cut in half with no juice from can
  6. cook for about 3 minutes. add mussels and cook for 2-3 minutes
  7. till they start to open.add clams...cook for 2 or so minutes
  8. add basil. mix all concotion together.
  9. cook linquini in hot boiling water as per directions
  10. add prawns (shrimps) stir in to coat with sauce mix
  11. drain linguini and pour on top of mixture, mix well
  12. divide in 4 large portions and dont forget the brothas it excellent for dunking....
  13. FEW BOTTLES OFPINOT GRIGIO....AND FEW APPRECIATIVE FRIENDS
