- 12 large peeled raw prawns(shrimps) shopping list
- 24-30 little neck clams shopping list
- 24 mussels debearded and cleaned shopping list
- 3 large cloves of garlic thinly slice shopping list
- 2 hot red chillis thily sliced shopping list
- 24 cherry-tomaotoes each sliced in half shopping list
- alternatively good quality plum tomoatoes shopping list
- 5-6 sprigs of fresh basil shopping list
- 4 table spoons virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 bag fresh linquini or spaghetti shopping list
- seasalt to taste.....be careful shopping list
How to make it
- in a large frying pan,heat oil on medium heat
- add chillis and cook for 2-3 minutes
- add garlic and cook for another minute or 2
- add sliced tomatoes or canned peeled tomatoes
- cut in half with no juice from can
- cook for about 3 minutes. add mussels and cook for 2-3 minutes
- till they start to open.add clams...cook for 2 or so minutes
- add basil. mix all concotion together.
- cook linquini in hot boiling water as per directions
- add prawns (shrimps) stir in to coat with sauce mix
- drain linguini and pour on top of mixture, mix well
- divide in 4 large portions and dont forget the brothas it excellent for dunking....
