How to make it

  • in a large frying pan,heat oil on medium heat
  • add chillis and cook for 2-3 minutes
  • add garlic and cook for another minute or 2
  • add sliced tomatoes or canned peeled tomatoes
  • cut in half with no juice from can
  • cook for about 3 minutes. add mussels and cook for 2-3 minutes
  • till they start to open.add clams...cook for 2 or so minutes
  • add basil. mix all concotion together.
  • cook linquini in hot boiling water as per directions
  • add prawns (shrimps) stir in to coat with sauce mix
  • drain linguini and pour on top of mixture, mix well
  • divide in 4 large portions and dont forget the brothas it excellent for dunking....
  • FEW BOTTLES OFPINOT GRIGIO....AND FEW APPRECIATIVE FRIENDS
