I have tons of great recipes that use this time-saving, time-tested "ingredient". I just made some Crumble-Topped Carnberry Pecan Muffins in the wee hour of the morn and they turned out really well. The recipe has been posted here for you to try at home.

I don't work for Bisquick or Betty Crocker so if you want to use Jiffy Brand or any other Biscuit mix or have your own recipe for Biscuit Mix that's fine too.

Share recipes that you know are great and are crowd-pleasers. If you have any breads that begin with a cake mix or biscuit mix, let's share em and talk about why we love em'! Here at Vons Grocery store they often have major sales on cake mixes offering them for "buy 2 get 3 free"...so with many on limited budgets right now I cook with what's on sale now. When I was married to my Rocket Scientist husband I didn't have to worry. But it never hurts to be frugal and use what is available, fresh, on sale-and just plain good!
