Least favourite leftover?

It's got to be roast pork... my freshly cooked pork is dodgy at the best of times, but I love it so much I keep trying... what to do with the shoe leather that's left? LOL

I have used leftover pork in a pot pie or in soft tacos!

Left over pork is great for barbque sandwiches. That always softens it up.

I actually don't like left over steak. It never seems to get better with reuse but I still try. Gets too chewy. Usually not an issue though because it is one of Mr. SuchAFuss' most favorite leftovers. He uses it in his "Steak Much" which is sauted onions and corn with the steak tossed in and poured over a baked potato. This might be his favorite dinner.

I absolutely HATE leftover enchiladas. The tortillas get all soggy and doesn't in the least taste as good. That's why I either make just enough now to finish 'em off or I make the sauce with meat and put it over rice.

A good thing to do with leftover steak (I agree Otter, it's just not the same warmed up) is slice it up and make steak nachos. Works every time!

Leftover salad. I can't seem to break habits as a salad girl. I make enormous salads and I have two family members who don't eat a lot of salad despite my pleas. A vinaigrette dressed salad does not look appetizing the next day. One of my favorite chefs, James Heller, from the Blue Strawbery (sic), says to blend the dressed salad with chicken stock and cream and heat gently for a "salad soup" and I'm just not ready to go that route yet. However when faced with another bowl of leftover Caesar, I may just give it a whirl.
