What finger food do you serve for Superbowl? I've got my favorites but always looking for something new.

I make a Buffalo wing recipe I got from Epicurious. Finger lickin good!! And this year I\'m making chef Sharons pan fried onion dip. I\'ve made it twice already and have gotten raves. Another fave is my gorganzola stuffed beef burgers. Dessert is still up in the air. I was thinking about a really good ice cream with hot expresso poured over it and devoured pronto!

In regards to the Ice Cream idea... I taught a breakfast in bed class last night and we made a hot chocolate with ganache (1 part chocolate 1 part cream) and milk, added a pinch of spices (I use cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger). Then I floated 2 scoops of coffee ice cream in the top. Garnish with whipped cream, a bit of spices and some chocolate shavings. Just an alternative.

I\'m not having anyone over, so I\'m just going to go with pre-prepared food. Actually, flat out snack food. Smartfood(c) brand white cheddar popcorn and in shell pistachios with A&W rootbeer.

Baked Spinach Dip with Pita Bread
Spiced Beef Sandwiches
Deviled Eggs
Shrimp Cocktail Spread with pumpernickle cocktail bread.
