Bar Cookies Bar None
I'm impatient and do so hate to babysit a tray of baking cookies only to remove them from the oven and have to start all over again! Ahhh, enter the delectable "bar" cookie, ...More something akin to a brownie, but not really. Bakes in a pan as brownies do and are then sliced to size for serving, storing and/or munching. I am a bar cookie lover and would love to have some of your best bar cookies, bar none!
