Big Damn Chefs is two things: 1) a collaborative charity project, a collection of recipes submitted by fans (also known as Browncoats) of Joss Whedon's Firefly television show ...More , and 2) those fans themselves! :) Some of the recipes in here are included in the "Big Damn Chefs: The International Browncoat Charity Cookbook."
