    I am looking for a very creamy Vanilla Cheesecake recipe? I just had the best cheesecake of my life in NYC at Thalias in the Theater district...And I live in Colorado and am craving this insanely fabulous cheesecake it literally was so light it melted in my mouth...Does anyone know this recipe or have one similar? Thank you
