What's your favorite thing to have with chicken?

That really depends on how it's prepared. Stir fried cashew chicken is best with rice. Roast chicken with gravy is great with mashed potatoes and either corn or green beans. Chicken enchiladas are great all by themselves.

My daughter makes chicken with an orange sauce that she serves with pasta.

I like grilled chicken kebabs with small red potatoes, cooked separately on their own skewers.

There are so many possibilities.
