So I hit up the sales, and now have a freezer full of meat.... hmmm. I have no clue what to make. I have bottom round roast,(ok ok I know pot roast..) um then there is chicken thigh fillets, boneless eye of round, and boneless beef chuck country style ribs..
Please if any good new ideas. I like the pot roast but if I hear something new that doesnt include cream of SOUP.. I would be much happier.

I make chicken adobo in the crock-pot and it comes out Great! The meat falls off of the bone and the flavor is intense.
Country Ribs....I boil them for a while then give them a dry rub and grill them, or broil them in the oven. They come out tender and they have alot of meat on them.

This Chicken Paremsan is great in the crockpot. Just put the cheese on as you dish it up, and it will be hot enough to melt the cheese. If you put the chicken in still frozen, it will make the sauce much more watery, so I add a can of drained tomatoes to help make up the difference when I do that.

another good chicken recipe that works in the crock pot. Just put it all in together, and cook the noodles when ready to eat. Again, adding the chicken while frozen makes more water, so adjust for that. You can always stir a heaping tablespoon of cornstarch in a little cold water and add to the sauce, then boil a couple of minutes and that thickens it right up.
