  Pre-made sandwich fillings are a great way to plan ahead for lunches. Things you can make in bulk and then put together on your way out the door are a great way to save time. Egg salad, chicken salad, and tuna are all great examples. That way you can either dash out the door or just have more time to focus on presentation and cuteness factor. I've found this to be very effective!

  Even if you make your sandwich filling ahead of time, I recommend keeping the bread and filling separate; especially if it's tuna filling. That way the bread doesn't get soggy. Either that, or you can toast the bread before putting the filling on.
