Pour Extra-Virgin, Cold-Compress, Olive Oil over it and sprinkle with ground dried Hyssop leaves, (Known in the middle-east as "ZA'ATAR").
You can probably get it at middle-eastern stores.
In Israel it is used as a spice for everything, Salads, cheeses, fish, eggs and even as a dip.

Bravo for starting this recipe group.
I will have to think for a while to come up with just one favorite.

Stuffed in dates with walnuts is one.
On a crustini with kalamata olives is another.

In the summertime when I have fresh ripe red peppers from my garden I love to simply slice them in half length wise coat them with some EVOO. roast then a little, slather some goat cheese in them and return them to the oven until the cheese bubbles up.
