My friend from AR can't log in. I wonder if it would be possible to email her password info? Or what else could it be? http://www.grouprecipes.com/people/nanny12955

Hi all; when I first started this week I found like others I was having a problem logging in. It kept coming up with "Information does not match" So I tried to set up again and it showed that my username was there so I knew that I was set up and I knew that I was using the correct password. So I hit forgot information then hit password. Followed the instructions to send the information to my email. Then I followed the link and instructions to establish the account. LOL was told to get another cup of coffee as I was already set up and on line. Since I did this I have had no problems in logging in. Hope this helps everyone.

Yea, I had mentioned that. I'm thinking clearing her temp files and starting over would cure her problems, but she recently got her computer back from a yearly tuneup and she doesn't think that's the problem. I know that this can be an issue at any time, no matter how tuned up your machine is. However, I doubt I'm going to be able to make any progress in this area, so we may be just SOL.
