New Groups Help Group

New Groups

Just wondering why all the new groups only have 1 member in them??? I have a new group which has 4 members but it doesn't show. Just wondering??????

Aha! You must be talking about a private group. We found a bug with the group members count the other day. The counters will start working for private groups tomorrow. New members will be counted, but people who joined while the bug was present won't show up immediately, so your group count will be a few members low.

Also, Val, I cannot "upload some grub" yet. I tried picking a section of "categories", but I never say any mention of "upload". what was wrong with the other way?

(historically, people who hang in private clubs/groups cause trouble for The Commons, a healthy approach to community.)

The 3 recipes on your profile are your newest uploads... they will change as you add new recipes

and I disagree with the private groups causing trouble. The Refugees is a private group of people who are comembers of this site, and another, so when they join here, too, there's a place they know is only people they "know" from that other site. Nothing more, nothing less. We are peaceful and quiet and have no trouble to stir or drama to bring. So, while your statement maybe have some merit, certainly not all private groups are drama headquarters. :)
