Why is this account active?

I was searching for pound cake recipes and I found this one Pound Cake
There's no recipe.... Instead of the ingredients' list it's written "not sharing" (!!!)
This foodie, Organicmama, deleted all recipes.... Why is this account active if there's not one single recipe?

Back in the day when there was a lot of "stuff" going on around here, ie lowballing recipes, having duplicate accounts and other unpleasant things I would rather forget, some people left the site. If I recall correctly, Organicmama was involved in a bunch of the things going on around here and she left. As you can't delete your account, quite a few people just deleted their recipes when they went. Another one was Invisiblechef. She got fed up and deleted her recipes, too. Short answer is, if you want to leave, you can't delete your account. I suppose whoever is in charge doesn't delete inactive accounts in case someone wants to come back.
