Well, for us, it's Venison! It's deer season and our neighbor got one the other day. He ran out of room in his freezer... so we were blessed with venison steaks, roast, ground venison and my favorite...TENDERLOIN!

my sister and her husband live in WI and steve is disabled which changes his hunting status. he can bag more than non disabled only that my sister is the one that has to retrieve them all. needless to say with the trickle down (to IL) effect i end up with venison. holly
