    Family loved this recipe. I did not have enough chicken stock so ended up using a mixture of 1 cup chicken broth and 1 cup water. I also used a pork dumpling. This does make a lot so you will need your large soup pot.

    Nadine, This stuff is so good right? I make a big pot and we eat about half. I make sure we eat the dumplings and the rest of the broth I freeze for later. then All I have to do is thaw boil and add dumplings voila soup!

    Oh Semi I agree it is good stuff. I also allowed the dumplings to sit in the broth and they really pumped up nicely. Oh family is still eating it for snacks and lunches so not much left here.
